Surface Mounted Containerised Export Weighbridges

The modular design of our Eurodeck weighbridge means a 15 or 18 metre export weighbridge will fit easily inside a standard shipping container.

The modules are shipped from the UK together with pre-calibrated load cells, instrumentation and spares. Once delivered to site, the complete weighbridge can be assembled, installed and calibrated by a Weightron engineer, together with local engineering support. Full design details of the required foundations are sent in advance so that all civil work can be completed on site before the weighbridge is delivered. The hardwearing Eurodeck design is able to withstand the harshest of operating conditions.

The export weighbridges can be provided with either CPR analogue or CPD digital load cells. Both of these models adhere to the strict IP69K standard for sealing and feature built-in lightning protection, along with the option to have rodent-proof cables fitted when required. All of these components make for optimum reliability, so your weighbridge fulfils its duty each and every day.
