    Weightron Bilanciai offers free shipping to all mainland UK addresses.

    Shipping methods and delivery times

    Delivery is carried out by a UK carrier and is typically made within three working days. Orders will need to be signed for on receipt. 

    Shipping restrictions

    Weightron Bilanciai aims to deliver goods to wherever you need them. For UK addresses, this includes free delivery within three working days. For deliveries outside the UK, please call us for advice on costs and expected delivery time. 

    Missing or lost package policy

    For UK addresses, most goods are delivered within three working days of the order being confirmed, although delivery cannot be guaranteed within this timeframe. If you have not received your goods within seven working days of order confirmation, please let us know by calling us on 0808 196 0906.

    International shipping

    For orders that require delivery outside the UK, please contact us directly on +44 (808) 196 0906. We will be able to advise on delivery charges and likely delivery times. Please note that delivery times to addresses outside the UK are estimates only and that we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by customs or import procedures.

    Return and exchange policy

    Please check your order carefully upon receipt to ensure that what you have ordered is what you have received, that it is complete and that it is undamaged. If you identify an issue at the time of delivery, do not sign to accept and the courier will return the goods to us. Call us immediately to let us know why you have refused your delivery.

    Our refunds policy is in line with Distance Selling Regulations, which state that the customer has a cooling-off period of seven working days in which the order can be cancelled. This period begins the day after delivery is made. You will be entitled to a full refund for the goods; however, return of the goods will be at the expense of the customer.

    If you discover that your goods are damaged after signing for their receipt, please advise us as soon as possible by calling 0808 196 0906. We will arrange for your order to be returned to us and replaced, or for the rest of the order to be sent on.
